The full programme for TCL2010, the textiles coating and laminating conference to be held in Cannes, France on 4-5 November 2010, has been announced by the organisers.
 
The programme, put together by the conference series originator and developer, Bill Smith of Industrial Textiles Associates, SC, USA, includes high-quality speakers from all parts of the industry worldwide. It is sure to be an essential event for anyone involved in textile coating or laminating, whether a supplier, processor or end-user.

The International Conference on Textile Coating and Laminating 2010 (TCL2010)

TCL2010The original and most followed conference on textile coating and laminating is back.

 

The venue for the 2010 meeting will be the 4-star Hotel Novotel Cannes Montfleury in the famous seaside town of Cannes, in the south of France, on 4-5 November 2010.

A keynote talk entitled Breakthrough Coating Technologies for Advanced Textiles has been announced for TCL 2010, the International Textiles Coating and Laminating conference to be held in Cannes, France, on 4-5 November 2010.

Prof. Dr. Marc Van Parys, Head of Textile Department and Research Lab TO2C, at the University College Ghent, Belgium, will present a discussion on process and product innovations and how they will affect the coating and laminating industry.

Travel information for Cannes

Getting there

Nice airport is only 35km(20mi) from Cannes city centre. Trains run from Gare Nice St Augustin train station, 500m from Terminal 1, every 40 mins. Buses are also regular and leave the airport for Cannes every 20 - 30 mins.

If you want to drive, car hire is easy at the airport; the A8 is the most direct route. Destinations within easy reach include Nice (30min), Grasse (25min) and Marseille (2hr), as well as St Raphaël (30min), from where you can get buses to St Tropez and Toulon.
